Santa Maria del Cami

Santa María del Camí is a place where travelers stop by. If you are interested to visit it, you can use the highway that takes you from Palma to Inca. You can also access this town by using El Camino de Muro where you will have to go through vineyards, carob trees and fields full of almonds. It is not hard to access it since it has gained some popularity and thanks to it, many bus lines go through this town.

Santa Maria del Camí There is truly so much to see in this town. You will find many accessible services such as restaurants, cafeterias, stores, banks, etc. Now, talking about touristic places, you will find The Minimos Convent ( Convento de los Mínimos) where you will be able to appreciate its architecture and its religious items. Next to the cloister you will find a church tower that holds a bell and it also has an incredible solar clock.

There is a Sunday market. Every Sunday you will find every kind of fruits, flowers, clothes, etc that you can buy if you’d like. This event is hold in Nova Square (La Plaza Nova.) You can even go to Coanegra Valley (Valle de Coanegra) where you will be in full contact with the nature itself, and you will also see one of the oldest pine trees that exist: The Pi Gros. Other places to visit are: The Baroque Parish Church (Iglesia Parroquial), Casa de La Vila, Sa Sínia. If you like excursions, you can go to Puig de Son Seguí and Puig de S´Estremera.
